Metaquotes, the company behind the most popular forex trading platform, announced today that the new MT4 Build 670 comes with a bundle of new features, including virtual EA hosting. It is aimed to allow traders keep their trading robots running even when their computer is offline or turned off without paying for third-party Virtual Private Server (VPS).
To register a virtual server through MT4, just right click on your account on the Navigator menu and select "Register a virtual server":
Once your account is registered, the wizard automatically scans all the access points and provides you with the list of the most suitable servers, sorted by price and ping (network latency). Prices start at $10 per month, payable from your trading or Metaquotes community account:
And here is a list of brokers, offering forex VPS to their clients. Some of them will provide you with EA hosting solution completely free of charge if you deposit certain amount of money with them.
